The title of this post is a restatement of the trite ’60’s slogan regarding war: “What if they held a war and no one came?”
It seems that the “Occupy” rabble wants to occupy a park in Wilmington. Of course, they don’t want to have to follow the regulations or pay insurance and usage fees while they protest. But in return for these public sector gifts to the group, DNREC has given them approval to protest in the Brandywine Creek Park not at the Fletcher Brown Park, where they wanted to protest because it is more centralized.
I guess that we’re going to get an answer to the question in the title: “What if they held a protest, and no one came?”
